☀️ Summer Shipping (May through October)
During warmer months, we ship only to cooler regions—primarily Anchorage and nearby cities.
For destinations in the Lower 48, we resume shipping from Halloween through Mother’s Day, when temperatures at major FedEx hub airports are reliably cooler. This helps protect our chocolates from heat damage during transit.
- Please check your local weather forecast.
- If the daytime high exceeds 65°F, we recommend waiting until temperatures cool.
- (Sadly, this means we can't ship to Hawaii. But our Hawaiian friends can still send sweet gifts to loved ones in the other 49 states!)
🚚 Shipping Details
- We use FedEx 2-Day Service exclusively.
- Flat shipping fee: $24.90
- Orders are shipped ASAP, typically within two business days.
🍫 Handling & Delivery
Because our chocolates are temperature-sensitive:
- Do not leave them outside or in a mailbox—especially in warm weather.
- Please provide a delivery address where someone can receive the package directly.
- If the destination is warm, we’ll include an ice pack.
- To avoid weekend delays, we ship only on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.
- To ensure Wednesday shipping, please place your order by Monday or Tuesday.
If the forecasted high temperature at the destination exceeds 65°F, we may need to cancel and refund your order—sometimes, even ice packs aren’t enough.
📦 Notifications & Contact
- You’ll receive an email with tracking info from FedEx or USPS.
- Please include the sender’s mobile number so we can reach out if needed.
🥚 Egg-Free & Shelf-Stable
Our chocolates contain no eggs, so they can be stored at room temperature (below 75°F) for 2–3 weeks without noticeable changes.
- Above 75°F, they may gradually lose their glossy finish.
- Cocoa butter helps preserve their striking beauty best at under 70°F.
