We are using the FedEx 2day service only and shipping fee is $24.90.
We ship your order ASAP, typically within two business days.
Due to the sensitivity of the product, it should not be left outside or in the mailbox, especially in warm weather.
Please provide an address where chocolate can be received by someone directly.
Should the temperature in the recipient’s area be of concern, an ice pack will be included.
Because of the temperature concern, we will ship only Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.
To make sure to ship on Wednesday, please complete the order Monday or Tuesday.
If we see a daytime high temperature is over 65°F, we might need to cancel the order and the money will be refunded because adding ice might not be enough.
An email notification with a tracking number will be sent automatically from FedEx or USPS.
Please provide the sender's mobile number, so we can communicate easily if we ever need it.
*** We don't use eggs, which means you can keep them at room temperature for 2~3 weeks without seeing any differences.
Just avoid a temperature over 75°F.
It will start to lose its shiny beauty gradually if it's too warm.
