Chef Ingrid crafted what is now the colorful Aurora Chocolates.
Each chocolate is hand-painted using a delicate and temperature-sensitive process involving colored cocoa butter.
A process very complex and intense, yet worthwhile to replicate the majestic phenomena of Auroras.

Chef Ingrid was a chocolatier at the Hotel SLS in Beverly Hills.
She worked with world-renowned top chefs and top chocolatiers at Los Angeles, Las Vegas, and Paris.
